GENERAL GUIDELINES

Deliverables

SWM produces and builds this ad product, client to provide assets below:

Video	Clients to provide: 15’s or 30’s asset, can be provided as an .mp4 or as part of the client VAST tag Spec: Video: Maximum video file size 250 MB with a maximum of 25 frames per second, 16:9 (1080 p, 720p min)	N/A
Primary Destination	Can be provided as a click-tracker, URL or UTM
Logos	Can be provided as eps, png, psd, ai
Fonts	Can be provided or our technology partner will choose the closest option
Brand Images	If available: for colour swatch, font & layout references
Audio files	Can be provided separate as a .wav, mp3 or as part of the TVC	Formats accepted are .wav or .mp3 & only non-voiceover audio file
Tracking	Third-party click-trackers supported for the QR code URL (Third-party impression tracking not supported on the QR code) Please follow our VAST Guidelines when sending as third party tag

Instructions

Client to select one of the 3 x end-frame templates below (Optional: Clients can provide the designed end-frame as a .psd)
Please do not provide the QR code when supplying assets/creative, as that is what’s created in the production process with our vendor and leads to the end of campaign insights
